Caron, a storyteller, registered nurse, and breathwork facilitator residing in Syracuse, NY, is a multifaceted guide through life’s most challenging moments. A heart attack survivor, Caron draws on her own journey of resilience to connect with others. Her TEDx talk, “Permission to Grieve,” reflects her deeply personal journey—shaped by the sudden loss of her mother when she was just 13. She is certified in grief and end-of-life coaching, bringing a compassionate approach to navigating loss and other challenging life transitions. Caron’s commitment to helping others was recognized with the National Medal of Honor for organ donation advocacy in healthcare. She is a devoted mother, Gigi, sister, aunt, and friend, whose passions extend from emotional healing and dancing to nature, where she can be found wandering through the woods or tossing a frisbee. Caron’s biophilic spirit and insatiable curiosity fuel her life, work, and writing, inspiring those around her.
