The book club was started in 2020 when the founders were talking about their ever increasing book list and recommendations to each other. We had an idea, what if we actually stopped to talk about the books before moving on to the next and completely forgetting about them? 2020 seemed like the perfect year to aim for a 20 book challenge. It has since evolved into the challenge of reading the 12 books we read as a group and showing up to the discussions even if you didn't read the book. 

We wanted this book club to be different, yes we are most certainly reading for fun, but we're also learning a lot! The book club is for individuals from all backgrounds who are dedicated to personal development and continuous improvement.

There are currently 2 challenges:

1) Read all 12 books (note many high performing leader read upwards of 30 or more per year)

2) Show up to the monthly book club even if you haven't read finished the book. You could learn a lot just by hearing what the others took from the book and how they intend to use it. 

We welcome anyone who is an avid reader or personal development and continuous improvement books. Currently our members are coaches, consultants, managers, business owners, entrepreneurs, motivated students, and other community leaders.
